    When you’re ready, open a home that’s now leasing and tap Apply. The application opens on Rentvine, MyPlace’s leasing system, and goes straight to our office.

Where are MyPlace rentals?

All seven are in the Jacksonville area. Five are in town: Riverside, Hyde Park, Ortega Farms on the Westside, and two at Oak Hill. Two are at the Beaches: Jax Beach and Neptune Beach.

Which homes allow pets?

All seven homes allow pets.

How much is rent?

It depends on the home and the unit. When a home opens, its page lists the rent and move-in date with an Apply button. For anything else, call (818) 900-4668 or email mgmt@myplace.rent.

How do I apply?

Open a home that’s now leasing and tap Apply: the application opens on Rentvine, MyPlace’s leasing system. Ask us first if you’d like a tour.
